The legal stuff: 
 
To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit.
If you book more than 30 days before your collection date, we’ll require a 50% deposit. After that, the remaining balance will be due before you pick up the unit.
If you book less than 30 days before your collection date, we’ll need a full deposit.
 
Excesses & Damages Deposit
 
When you pick up the unit, we’ll charge an excess & damages deposit.
a Copy of your ID, Drivers Liscence and Proof of Residence will be required. 
This deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after you drop off the unit, as long as the unit and equipment are in good working order.
Trailers traveling inside and outside South Africa will require an additional R5,000 deposit, which includes the gear and equipment.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
If you cancel your booking 1-29 days before your arrival, you’ll receive a 10% refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, you’ll receive a 90% refund.
Please note that cancellations will need to be in writing.
